Our Purpose
HTC Commercial Flooring is a national commercial flooring contractor trusted by general contractors, developers, and facility teams across healthcare, multi-family, retail, corporate, and hospitality. Our Project managers, certified installers, and vetted partner network deliver epoxy flooring, polished concrete, mitigation, and full flooring installation at scale with precise scheduling, transparent communication and quality control from preconstruction to closeout. 2012
HTC Founded
HTC Commercial Flooring launches with more than 35 years of combined industry expertise, providing nationwide commercial flooring services for general contractors, developers, and facility teams.
2016
Move to Mokena
HTC Commercial Flooring has established its new headquarters in Mokena, Illinois, expanding office, warehouse, and training capacity to support growing national operations.
2022

On-Site Assessment
We capture accurate site conditions with tools like Matterport 3D imaging and detailed moisture and surface profiling. Our team documents access, phasing, and protection requirements up front, then builds a clear plan that reduces surprises and keeps turnover on track.
Estimating
Our estimating group turns around accurate, spec-aligned bids under tight deadlines. Using MeasureSquare and takeoff standards, we provide detailed scope, quantities, and assumptions for every finish, with alternates and value engineering where appropriate. Clear notes set expectations for owners, GCs, and facility teams.
Project Management
HTC’s project management platform coordinates schedules, crews, materials, and closeout from preconstruction to punch. Clients get real-time updates through our portal, and dedicated project managers keep communication simple, track milestones, and maintain documentation your stakeholders expect.
Interior Design
Our design team pairs aesthetics with performance, code, and care requirements. From concept to finish selections, we recommend systems that fit the brand, the budget, and the traffic, then align details with safety standards and maintenance plans for long-term durability.
MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
Our warehouse and logistics teams stage materials nationally and on site to meet tight timelines. We manage procurement, deliveries, and storage, reduce waste through accurate ordering, and keep budgets in line with clear chain-of-custody and product documentation.
EPOXY FLOORING
We install high-performance commercial epoxy systems that stand up to traffic, chemicals, and cleaning protocols. Options include decorative quartz and flake, solid color, and urethane topcoats for added abrasion and UV resistance. Installations are planned to minimize downtime and meet slip and hygiene targets.
POLISHED Concrete
Our polished concrete delivers a clean, modern look with low maintenance and proven durability. We target the specified gloss level, densify and seal for stain resistance, and verify results with gloss and slip readings. Ideal for corridors, lobbies, retail, and education environments.
MOISTURE MITIGATION
HTC’s nationwide moisture mitigation protects your flooring investment from the slab up. We conduct on-site diagnostics and full substrate evaluations, then prescribe the right system for the conditions, such as shot-blast surface prep with an epoxy vapor barrier per ASTM F3010 or a cementitious overlay. Every step is documented for manufacturer and warranty compliance, which reduces risk, keeps schedules on track, and delivers a smooth, long-lasting installation.
